Who provides this service
BahiaPalace.org is an independent visitor information and booking service operated by Apollo Trading UG. We are not Bahia Palace, its management or its official ticket office. Our role is to facilitate the booking described in your order. The venue controls admission, visitor rules and access to its spaces.
Choosing and placing an order
Check the service, visitor categories and quantities, date, time, contact details and displayed total before submitting. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must have authority to make the booking for your party. A preferred selection remains subject to the availability and booking status shown by the service. Keep the order reference and check the instructions accompanying your booking.
Price and service
The price offered through this website includes admission and our independent booking service fee. It may differ from buying admission directly from the venue. Use the total displayed for your actual selection when deciding whether to purchase. Our fee does not imply official status, exclusive access or a right to bypass security and admission checks.
Preparing for admission
Read your ticket and booking instructions before travelling. Bring any documents required for your selected visitor category, and allow time for the journey and venue checks. Only the venue can decide whether a visitor meets its admission conditions. Opening arrangements and access to individual rooms may change.
Support and booking changes
Contact booking@bahiapalace.org with your reference if information appears incorrect or you need help. The Refund Policy sets out the rules for cancellation and refund requests. Payment information is described in the Payment Policy.
Using the website
You may use the website to read visitor information and make legitimate bookings. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or submit another person's information without authority. Photographs, text and third-party material retain their respective rights; availability on this website does not grant republication rights.
Responsibility and applicable law
We remain responsible for our own service under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. German law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. Statutory rights concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Policy changes
The date above identifies this version. Later updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. Keep a copy of the terms relevant to your purchase and contact us if you need clarification.
